Job Announcement – Skills & Jobs Project Coordinator

PDRC is announcing a vacant position for a Project Coordinator for Skills & Jobs Job, implemented by a consortium, led by Iftiin Foundation and in partnership with Puntland Development & Research Center (PDRC), Success Institute and City University.

The main responsibilities of the Project Coordinator include:

  1. Implement program activities under the responsibility of PDRC.
  2. Coordinate program implementation with the Program Coordinator.
  3. Contribute to the development of work-plan and implementation plan, including detailed division of task between the consortium partners, in consultation with program coordinator.
  4. Implement PDRC led activities in coordination with the donor agencies according to the agreed work plans.
  5. Lead the development of program documents, training material etc. to ensure effective program implementation on PDRC program activities.
  6. Plan, organize, and implement program activities such as workshops, program reviews, meetings, including the conduct of follow-up activities.
  7. Support the grants department by providing innovative ideas for programming.
  8. Support in the setting up of PDRC’s social enterprise with the support of management and grants.
  9. Any other relevant assignments given by the PDRC Executive Director.
